Anna joined the staff in 2000 and has held a number of positions in the company prior to purchasing Fertility Solutions Inc in April of 2020. During her duties in Company administration in the early years, she became interested in laboratory technology. She went on to complete an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Cuyahoga Community College and is a certified MLT(ASCP)CM. She helped develop a new algorithm for performing sperm morphology classification and is a co-author of several manuals teaching semen analysis and sperm morphology. She is an experienced trainer and has been a Chair, Co-Chair and faculty of the American Society of Andrology Laboratory Workshop for over 10 years, as well as a guest lecturer in Semen Analysis for the Medical Laboratory Technology program at Cuyahoga Community College for multiple years. Her main focus recently has been the development of standardised training for all aspects of semen analysis.
